OUR PROCESS:

GATHER:
We first define the problem by examining the issues that you are facing. What message needs to be communicated, and to whom? As we gather information, we look for key success criteria, potential difficulties, and other project parameters. Careful analysis of the audience reveals what they know currently and how best to approach them with new information. The result is a blueprint for future steps.

BRAIN STORM:
Based on the defined problem, we look for creative solutions--exploring innovative ways of making the communications connection. As we explore various alternatives, we constantly measure them against the blueprint to see if they are appropriate and feasible. The most effective concepts are presented to you for discussion.

DEVELOP:
With a chosen concept in hand, we work out how the solution should take solid form. Careful thinking at this stage results in media tools that are flexible, adaptable, and cost-effective.

BUILD:
Only now does implementation begin. With careful craftsmanship, we build the solution as specified. Close monitoring by our project management team keeps deadlines on-track.

SUPPORT:
A communication link has been forged, and your message is getting across--but our partnership is just beginning. With you we consider how to maintain and grow the brand, and make revisions and adjustments as necessary.
